If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 3 days of the date of order, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for 75% of the purchase price paid for the item excluding delivery/shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our products and in the interest of hygiene; we can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty by Zuri Beauty Essentials Ltd. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in any way.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

• Contact us via Telephone or WhatsApp on TBA or emailing Sales@zuribeautyessentials.com.
• Please call us stating the reason you would like to return the item
• Confirm to us that the item is unused and unopened with all packaging intact and re-saleable
• Provide your order number from your delivery note. We will provide a returns reference.

Re-package the product using strong packaging and ensuring it is sealed.

Upon receipt and once inspected by Zuri Beauty Essentials Ltd and if in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.

We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. Zuri Beauty Essentials cannot be held liable for lost returns.
